Cancellation Policy (during Covid-19)

Sessional Play:

• Refunds – due to the limited seating, refunds will not be given for any session that has been booked.
• If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the event, you may transfer your booking to a different available date/time. This transfer of booking will only be allowed once and can not be repeated.

Parties:

Group of 6

• Deposits will be required which are non-refundable, balance due 7 days prior to the date of the party.
• If the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the party you may transfer your booking to a different available date/time. This transfer of booking will only be allowed once and can not be repeated. Alternatively, you can change the booking to a sessional slot and you will be charged for the original numbers when first booked at our sessional prices.

Groups (larger groups once the Government restrictions have been lifted)

Parties whilst open to the public:

• Deposits will be required which are non-refundable, balance due 7 days prior to the date of the party.
• If the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the party you may transfer your booking to a different available date/time. This transfer of booking will only be allowed once and can not be repeated. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the party, the full balance is due to be paid.

Private Parties:

• Deposits will be required which are non-refundable, balance due 14 days prior to the date of the party.
• If the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the party you may transfer your booking to a different available date/time. This transfer of booking will only be allowed once and can not be repeated. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the party, the full balance is due to be paid.

During these unprecedented times, we have had to put in numerous measures to allow us to operate safely, including the reduction of numbers allowed in the Centre. Cancellations have a massive effect on our ability to be financially viable, cancellations/refunds will incur £1.00 administrative charge. This policy reflects our current situation and we hope you will understand the necessity to have these procedures in place. We at Funsters have always tried to be fair and flexible and we will continue to do so.
