Money Saving Tips
We at Funsters realise that times are hard for many people with prices for everything going through the roof.
We experience the same difficulties as you, but we always try to provide value for money whilst still maintaining the standards our customers expect.
In an endeavour to support customers in these difficult times, we have put together some ‘money saving’ tips which you can take advantage of and hopefully your £1 goes that little bit further.
Loyalty Card:
Our loyalty cards offer 1 free visit and 2 coffees
(this equates to an entry fee of approx £2.80) |
Free Toast & Squash:
Served before 10.30 Monday to Friday term time –
equates to a saving of £1.10 per child. |
When you look at both these offers – where can you go that offers better value for money?
Meals:
Food is fresh and substantial - we use large tea cakes/baguettes and we are not stingy with fillings.
Savings from our suppliers are passed on to the customer –
look at the Special Menu Board eg a choice of 2 meals for £8.00 -
includes lasagne, cottage pie, penne ragu, penne carbonara, chicken casserole & dumplings.
Childrens Parties:
Why not have a joint party with a friend, helps with minimum numbers and saves you money
Groups:
Why not organise to meet as a group –
if you have 10 children (full fee payers) you will receive a 10% discount off entry fees,
a jug of juice and a biscuit for each child.
One person needs to take responsibility for booking and payment please.
Remember: Gas & Electricity -
if you are out you are saving money on your heating costs at home!!

REFURBISHMENT
We have made a few changes within the Centre that we hope you will like.
-
The Baby/Toddler Area and the Kitchen Play Area has been moved - this makes it easier to watch the little ones and is now more compact.
-
We have moved and replaced the Dance/Party area - it is a larger area and more suitable for parties but also allows the children more room to play with the rides and other toys provided.
-
The Train has been moved under the netting into the unit - it has also been recovered and looks much nicer in its new coat.
-
The Spinning Wheel is back has been replaced with a larger more colourful one.
-
Toilets have been improved; carpet has been cleaned and a fresh coat of paint - still bits to do but we think it looks much better.
NEW ACTIVITIES
We have created our 'Home from Home' area. The children can play in the house, or with the new Kitchen - very popular with the little ones - just like mummies! We will continue to add things to this area - so why not check it out?
There's also our 'mini-trampoline' - only one at a time - but the kids love it!

BABY & TODDLER AREA
We have a secure baby & toddler area, separate to the main frame - parents can see their children or sit in with them.
There is:

a baby area where parents can play with babies in comfort

mini ball pool just right for baby

mats for babies with overhead activities

over 6 months can explore, play with the wide selection of toys, many educational
-
padded area - safe for taking those first steps
-
small frame and slide, rocker etc
This is a great area and has the 'thumbs up' with mums visiting Funsters.
